JUAD | Juniors and Teenagers
The JUAD Ministry (Juniores e ADolescentes) is a Non-Profit Non-Governmental Organization, headquartered in Novo Hamburgo, RS, Brazil, which since 1994 has been working with the objective of developing the character of Christ in juniors and teenagers.
Over the course of nearly three decades, JUAD has reached thousands of participants through a progressive and systematic 10-year program. Through a “DIM” (Fun, Intense and Remarkable) pedagogy, juniors and teenagers have the opportunity to learn biblical principles in practice, discovering their abilities and preparing themselves to become good citizens capable of leading and positively impacting society.
Our weekly meetings, called "Class Activities" take place on Saturday afternoons. From 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, juniors and teens from all over the world participate in activities led by passionate leaders!

DIM Pedagogy
Our weekly meetings, called "Class Activities" take place on Saturday afternoons. From 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, juniors and teens from all over the world participate in activities led by passionate leaders!
Each activity develops a motto, which is that round leather thing attached to our caps. It is a source of pride to collect several of them! Each one represents the conclusion of a subject in which we have been immersed for 9 Saturdays. However, so that each age group can absorb the content of each motto in the best possible way, the JUADs are divided into Classes! We are well aware that each phase has its own peculiarities and we are well aware of this, which is why we serve each child in the following way:
Junior I (7 to 9 years old);
Junior II (10 to 12 years old);
Teenagers (13 to 17 years old).
The Program begins with the Intensive class, where new participants, called Aspirants, will be welcomed by Leadership who will accompany them for 9 Saturdays, learning how the Ministry works and they are prepared for a great Official Ceremony, where they officially become JUADs and become part of a class of 3 classes, according to their age!
Our History
The vision of the JUAD Ministry was born in 1994 in the heart of the President of the MBCV (Baptist Ministry Christ is Life), Ap. Nelsi Jose Rorato, in the city of Novo Hamburgo, RS, Brazil.
MBCV works with a vision that encompasses the family, striving to ensure that everyone has space to grow, understand the principles of the Word, develop their abilities and place their lives at the service of the Kingdom of God. This is done through the truths taught that bring solutions to social, spiritual and material life, always guided by the values of the Word.

Located within the MBCV Headquarters Complex , the JUAD Central Office is responsible for all strategic, tactical and operational management of the JUAD Ministry, generating content, distributing uniforms, promoting events and recording the growth of the Ministry throughout its management. Being under the direct order of our Director, Rev. Eliane Salles, they are the team responsible for making efforts to ensure that the entire JUAD fulfills its Vision, Mission and Values.

Director Pra. Eliane Salles
Vice-president pastor at the Baptist Ministry Cristo é a Vida (MBCV), Business Process Manager, postgraduate in Neuromanagement with an emphasis on Behavioral Neuroscience, has worked for 27 years in the leadership management of the JUAD Ministry, which is made up of more than 2 thousand volunteers at the most diverse levels of national and international activity.
Administration and Finance
