Be a JUAD!
Leadership in JUAD is exercised by example. In addition to planning and executing activities, being a leader means taking on the commitment to be an example in Thinking, Speaking, Acting, and developing the character of Christ in JUADs.
Prerequisites for Leadership:
• Be over 17 years old;
• Complete the Leadership Training Course;
• Be an active member of the local church;
• Know and practice the Word;
• Be ethical and have good moral conduct;
• Be responsible and submissive to leadership;
• Stay true to the Ministry’s vision.
